Guava, seeds removed – 300 gm
Guava juice – 500 ml
Salt - 10 to 12 gms
Sugar – 60 gms
Ice water – 200 ml
Crushed ice – 100 gm
Lemon – 4 nos
Fresh mint leaves – 10 to 15 nos |
Process the fresh guava with juice, mint and ice water to a fine puree strain and discard the residue. Season the juice with salt, lemon juice and sugar. Adjust the consistency by adding iced water and crushed ice. Serve chilled. |
