An ideal drink to keep cool on a hot day.
Ingredients
Curd - 1.2 litres
Water - 100 ml
Sugar or salt to taste
A small piece ginger
Directions
Crush ginger and infuse in water.
Beat curd lightly.
Add sugar or salt and water infused with ginger to the beaten curd.
Chill and serve.
