it is a very tasty breakfast and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

water-1 cup
vella Aval- 1/4 kg
Ground nut(kadala)-1/2 cup
Chana dal(kadalaparip)-1/2 cup
dry chilli-4 piece
cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Onion -2
curry leaves- little
Sallt- 1/2 teaspoon
Cashunut-10 pieces
Sunflower oil-5 teaspoon

Directions

soak aval in water for 5 minuts add 1/4 spoon salt into to it while soaking.after that remove the water and keep it aside. Take one pan and keep it in the stove add oil in to it. then add ground nut ,chana dal and casunuts mix it then add cumin seeds and redd chilly.
Then add chopped onion and rest of the salt.
then add curry leaves. take the aval and put in to it. Mix well after 5 minuts we can remove from the stove. Aval upma is ready serve it.
