Recipe for making Chicken Tikka. How to prepare Chicken Tikka at home.
Ingredients
Bonless chicken 250 gram
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tea spoon each
Curd 4 tea spoon,
Tikka masala OR garam masala
Oil 2 teaspoon
salt to taste.
Red Chilli powder 1 spoon (If you're using tikka masala, there is no need of red chilli powder but if you're using garam masala then add chilli powder)
Directions
Cut the chicken in cube shape into a bowl. To this add ginger and garlic paste, tikka masala, curd, a pinch of salt and oil. Mix the chicken pieces and the masala mixture well and keep in freezer for 30 to 45 min. After this, put 1 t.spoon oil in pan and cook for 10 min one side and 10 min other side. After this put all pieces on a stil rod and cook directly over gas flame for 5 min, turn and cook all side like this till the tikka smell starts coming. Chicken tikka is now ready to eat.
