Chicken - 800 gms
Corn flour - 100 gms
Maida - 100 gms
Egg - 1
Soya Sauce - 1 tbs
Chilly sauce - 1 tbs
Red colour - 1 tbs
Green chilly - 8 gms
Oil - 30 ml
Onion - 200 gms
Salt to tast
Pepper Powder - 4 pinch
Ajinomotto - 2 pnh
Spring onion leaves - 2 sprigs
Stock - 400ml
Garlic - 6 gms |
Make a batter of corn flour, maida, soya sauce, chilly sauce and chinese masala and beaten egg.
Dip the chicken in the batter and fry in hot oil till golden brown colour.
Slice onions and chop green chilly.
Heat oil, saute green chilly, onions and garlic.
When it becomes golden brown colour add chilly sauce, sayobeen sauce, after few minutes add chicken stock and chinese masala.
Add the batter fried chicken and red colour till the pieces are well blended with the masala.
Add corn flour solution for thickening.
Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions. |
