A cool treat for a hot summer's day..
Ingredients
Fresh hulled strawberries - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Fresh cups - 2 cups
Condesed milk - 1 tin
Directions
Wash the strawberries and place in a vessel. Sprinkle with sugar, cove and heat on a medium heat. Reduce to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.. Cool, strain and reserve the juice. Pass the strawberries through a sieve or blend. Cool thoroughly.
Whip the cream and gently fold in the condensed milk and strawberries puree. Pour into a bowl and freeze. Serve with strawberry juice.
