Ingredients
1: Green Peas - 100 g
2: Coconut Oil - 2 table spoon
3: Onion - 1 (chopped)
Tomato - 1/2 piece (chopped)
Green Chilly - 6 ( chopped)
Ginger - 1 small piece ( chopped)
Curry Leaves - 2 stems
4: Coriander Powder - 1 table spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 tea spoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 tea spoon
5: Potato - 1(chopped into small pieces)
6: Coconut Milk - half of a coconut
7: Egg - 2 (half boiled and diametrically split)
8: Add salt to taste
9: coriander leaves - add adequately
Directions
> Boil green peas
> Boil oil in a pan and saute the third ingredients
> To this add 4th ingredient, onion, coconut milk and then boil
> After boiling add the remaining milk, egg, green peas and salt then stir it well
> When dish gets cooked, add coriander leaves
