1. Egg - 2 nos
2. Pepper - to taste
3. Salt - to taste
4. Fat - 15 gms |
1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Season with peppper and salt.
2. Beat well with a fork or a whisk until yolks and whites are thoroughly combined and no streaks of whites can be seen.
3. Heat the pan. Wipe thoroughly with a clean cloth.
4. Add the fat. Wipe thoroughly with a clean cloth.
5. Remove from the heat, half fold the mixture, moving the mixture continously with a fork until lightly set.
6. Gently from the heat hold the mixture over at right angles to the handle.
7. Neaten shape if necessary, cook it on both sides and serve immediately. |
