Roasted Eggs - Fried Egg Curry

Eggs (Boiled) – 6
Garlic (Cut into small pieces) – 3 Cloves
Onions – 2
Chicken Masala – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Tomato – 1
Salt to taste

Remove the shell from the eggs and make two or three slits on each of them. Heat the oil and fry the eggs lightly in a vessel by adding a pinch of turmeric and chilli powder. Once fried keep the eggs aside. Mix the remaining turmeric, pepper powder, chilli powder and chicken masala by adding a little water and make it into a paste.
In the remaining oil, fry the onion and garlic until it turns golden brown. Add the masala paste to this and fry till it turns brown colour. Slice the tomatoes and add them to it, add salt to taste and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes. When the tomatoes are done cooking put the fried eggs and mix without breaking the eggs. Simmer for 1 minute.. Delicious egg roast is now ready to be served.
