Lean mutton/beef mince – 450 gm
Onion (chopped) – 1 Medium
Tomatoes (chopped) – 1 medium
Chopped French beans – 1 2/3 cups
Carrot (sliced) – 2 medium
Potatoes (diced) – 2 medium
Celery ( chopped) – ¾ cups
Vegetable/meat stock – 5 cups
Dried oregano – ½ tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

In a deep frying pan, place the minced meat and brown well on all the side and drain off the excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer. Cover and switch to low heat. Cook for about 30 minutes till the meat is cooked. Serve hot. |
