Ingredients
Lentils(green gram dhal)-1cup
Water -2cup
Coconut oil -1/2tsp
Curry leaves -2sprigs
Grated coconut -1/4cup
Garlic -2 pieces
Cumin seeds -a pinch
Turmeric powder -1/4tsp
Salt -to taste
Directions
Lightly fry the lentils in a pan.Add two cups of water&turmeric powder to the fried dhal and boil in cooker.Add grinded coconut+cumin seeds+garlic to boiled dhal.Mix well and add water if needed.Pour some coconut oil and curry leaves and turn the heat off before boiling.
