Sweet and crispy banana fry dipped in jaggery

 

Ingredients

Semi ripe Banana - 250 gm
Coconut oil - 250gms
Jaggery - 150gms
Dried ginger powder - 10gms
Ghee - 2 tsp
Water - ΒΌ glass

Directions

Peel the bananas and split it into two pieces. Cut it into 1/4" thick pieces. Fry it in coconut oil.

Heat the jaggery in water and melt it and remove from fire when it becomes thick. Add dried ginger powder and fried banana pieces in this jaggery solution. Keep stirring till the banana pieces separates.
