Boil rice till 3/4 cook, drain and keep.
Chop vegetables, dip in hot water(except celery, onion and capsicum).
Heat oil, add beaten egg and scramble it.
Add capsicum, celery, onions, vegetables and roasted meat.
When the vegetables become dry, add boiled rice and mix well.
Springle salt, pepper, ajinomoto and saute. Add soya sauce and stir.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Check for taste and garnish with spring onions.
Serve hot with chilly vinegar, soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce. |
