Tasty banana(etheykka) snack for the afternoons.
Ingredients
Ripe Banana - 4 nos
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil - To fry
Directions
Make batter with maida, sugar, salt and little water. Make sure that the batter is not very loose.
Cut each banana vertically into 2 or 3 pieces.
Heat a frying pan with enough oil to fry. Dip each cut banana piece into the batter and place it on the pan and shallow fry both the sides. Remove from pan, drain excess oil and serve hot.
