For the dough
All purpose of Flour ( Maida) - 01 Cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For the Stuffing
Toor dal (Red gram) - ½ cup (Fried and Powdered)
Red chilli - 4 to 5 (Splitted or slighty powdered)
Jeera - 1 tsp (Slightly powdered)
Coriander - 1 tsp ( Slightly powdered)
For the dough : - Mix Maida with oil & salt and later add limited water to the mix and it should come in the form of chappathi dough and keep it for 10 mnts.
For the stuffing : - First fry the red gram and powder it into smooth. And in a kadai with low flame add redgram powder and other ingredients and fry it for 5 mnts then add little oil and water to get the stuff little tight.
For puri stuffing : - Take maida mixture in lemon shape and with the finger shape for stuffing and add the stuffing about one spoon for one puri and close it and press it with the help of palm into slight thick puri.
Heat oil for frying fully then low the flame before putting puri for fry because for crispy puri you have to puri in low flame then you can decrease the flame. Fry until golden brown colour. And serve it with tea or coffee for evening snack.
