Ingredients:

Potatoes - 4
Carrots - 115 gms
Peas - 115 gms
Onions - 55 gms
Celery - 1 stk
Capsicum - 15 gms
Lime - 1 no.
Pepper - to taste
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Fat - 30 gms
Bread crumbs - 55gms
Flour - 15 gms


Directions:

Boil and mash the potatoes. Boil and chop carrots and peas. Mince onion and celery and capsicum. Shape into cutlets, dip in seasoned flour, then egg and bread crumbs and deep fry.
Vegetable cutlet is now ready and can be served with tomato sauce.
