This recipe was recommended by an ayurvedic practitioner when I was being treated for backpains. Eat plenty of cooked veg and drink lots of water to avoid constipation. Take before bedtime.
1. Lightly pound all the ingrediants.
2. Boil 1 glass of water.
3. Place the ingredients in in.
4.Allow to cool to desired temperature for drinking.
5. Strain and drink it before bedtime.
