A tasty and easy to make sweet. Healthy too..
Ingredients
Carrots - 500 gm
Mava - 200 gm
Sugar - 125 gm
Ghee - 50 gm
Almond blanched - 10
Cardamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Directions
Put carrots in a cooker and cook on maximum heating to full cooking pressure and remove cooker from stove. Open cooker immediately after releasing steam pressure. Add ghee, mava and sugar. Fry till carrots are reddish brown. Garnish with cardamon and finely cut blanched almonds. Tasty carrot halva is now ready to be served.
