Ingredients
1: Maidha Flour - 225 g
Baking Powder - 1 tea spoon
2: Butter - 225 g
3: Sugar - 225 g (grinded)
lemon juice - 1 lemon
lemon peel (grated ) - 1 lemon
4: Egg - 4
5: Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon
6: Dessicated coconut - 1 1/2 piece
Directions
> Preheat the oven upto 180 o C
> Mix well the maidha flour and baking powder
> Beat ghee until it becomes smooth to it add the third ingredient until it become smooth
> After this add egg one by one and beat it
> To these add the mixed maidha flour, vanilla essence, coconut and stir it
> After this transfer it to the ghee applied butter paper which is kept within a pan
> Bake it for 30 minutes in the oven
