Healthy vegetarian dish with lots of vegetables
First soak all 3 types dals in water for 10 mins.Then cut the vegetables into square shape big slices .Now the time to put soaked dal and vegetable into a pressure cooker,add water, salt and turmeric powder as per taste.Then put some ginger paste and bay leaves into it.Cover it and cook for 10 mins in low flame.
In a pan, melt the ghee and saute the spices in this melted ghee.then add grated coconut .Mix the cooked dal and vegetable into it .Add some Coriander leaves to decorate it.
