Grated coconut – 1 cup
Coriander leaves (chopped) – 2 cups
Green chillies – 4
Garlic paste – 1-2 cups
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Lime juice – 1 ½ tbsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Salt to taste

Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste using minimum water. Transfer into a suitable bowl. Serve with short –eats, dosas and idlies. |
