The traditional chutney for breakfast dishes like dosa, idli etc...
Ingredients
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 cups
Green chillies - 4
Garlic paste - 1-2 cups
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Lime juice - 1 ½ tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Directions
Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste using minimum water. Transfer into a suitable bowl. Serve with short –eats, dosas and idlies.
