Ingredients

1. Coconut - 1
2. Dry Chilly - 10 gram
3. Cury Leaves - 1 stem
4. Mango - 1
5. Ginger - 2 pieces
6. Coconut oil - 50 grams
7. Pepper Powder - 1/2 grams
8. Salt - Add to taste

Directions

> Fry ginger pieces, grated coconut, dry chilly, curry leaves and pepper powder
> Grind the whole ingredients with mango pieces and salt

I bet this chutney is great. But, one cocnut is just too much. Reducing to a few spoonfuls should do the trick.
