It is a typical Uttara Kannada recipe and a very tasty roti, even childrens would like it when served hot.
Green Moong - 100 gms
Horse Gram - 100 gms
Urud dal - 50 gms
Rice flour - 100 gms
Salt to taste
Red chilly 25 gms
Asafoetida 2 gms
Black Pepper corn - 8 - 10 seeds
Cumin Seeds - 25 gms
Kalonji - 20 gms
Coriander, Mint, Green chilly and Salt
Soak Green Moong and Horse Gram overnight, and keep it for dry inside the house. Roast Green moong, Horse Gram and Urad dal and put it in a vessel add all the items mentioned above and get it grinded to flour.
Preperation : Add Lukeworm water mix with flour and prepare hot on tava add ghee to taste.
Prepare chutney with the above mentioned ingredients.
Serve hot with curd and chutney
