This recipe is perfect for all the paneer lovers out there and for all those who think vegetarianism is boring!
Paneer 250gm crumbled
Onion 2 finely chopped
Tomatoes 2 finely chopped
Bell peppers 1/2 Cup finely chopped
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1/4 TSP
Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 TSP
Coriander powder 1/2 TSP
Turmeric powder 1 pinch
Garlic 2 tsp
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute the garlic till the rawness leaves.
Add the onions and saute them until they turn lightly brown.
Add the spice powders and saute them till the rawness leaves.
Add the crumbled planner and cook it well, stirring occasionally.
Add the bell peppers and cook them till their are soft but not mushy.
Add the tomatoes and cook till it all comes together nicely
