Vinegar Cure for Headache
Take a small thin towel, then dip it in white vinegar for 2 minutes and rinse out the excess vinegar. Wrap the towel around the head and relax by closing your eyes for around fifteen minutes. For frequent headaches, repeat every two hours and find relief. Try it once and you will love this quick and a simple home cure with best results.
Herbal Cures for Headache
- Apply a paste made from dried ginger powder and water gently on your forehead. Slight burning sensation will cure your headache.
- Crush onion and paste on the forehead. This may make your eyes overflow with tears but it is sure to make the headache vanish in few moments.
- In 10 ml of cinnamon oil, mix 3 grams of crushed cloves and apply to the forehead. Find relief in ten minutes. Wash it off after you find relief.
Oil Massage - Effective Relief from Headache through Oil Massage
Massage your head before head bath with sesame, almond or mustard oil. Dip your fingers in oil and massage gently. This is an effective and enjoyable way to get some relief and relaxation at the same time. This is sure to get the circulation going in the scalp and provide relief from persistent headaches.
Meditation - Relief from Tension, Stress and Headache
The tension flows out of the body and find the headache run away with meditation. Close your eyes and try to sit straight with eyes closed and focus between the eyebrows and relax for some time.
Aroma therapy cures.
Identify the oils best suited to your problem or experiment with a few smells of the oil. For example, the smell of peppermint oil, rose oil, Lavender oil, Chamomile oil etc... can give relief from persistent headaches in some people.
