Mumbai, April 7
Six people belonging to the same family were killed when their car collided with a truck in Maharashtra's Sangli district Saturday, police said.
The accident took place on the Miraj-Pandharpur road. They were most likely going for pilgrimage in Solapur district, a police official told IANS.
All six people died on the spot, around 70 km from Sangli town. The truck driver fled.
