February 16, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): 'Pazhassi Raja' has been reigning at all award functions since it released. Recently, it added a few more awards to its glorious collection.
It won the best movie award at the Vanitha-Nippon awards. The best actor and actress awards went to Mammootty and Padmapriya respectively. Sarathkumar won the best supporting actor award.
The best director award went to Renjith for 'Palery Manickyam' and Jagathy Sreekumar was named best villain.
