How the resumption of the group brings SAFIG Tella s response to the problem JOUVE ?

In our opinion, it does not contribute to strengthening our market position in print. Instead, by committing a portion of the cash Jouve, it depletes its investment opportunities in projects Jouve.

* So, can it compensate for the likely future decline in business of printing industry ?
* Is there a plan development skills to prepare employees for future JOUVE conversion activities on developing, in others through Safig?
* Similarly, the goal of eventually merging the two groups would help to reassure the commitment to provide solutions to Jouve not just Safig through this operation.

For now, the information given to us mentions no intention in these objectives.
