Demi Lovato has given hints that she is dating actor Joe Jones and the "Sonny With a Chance" star describes him as a "incredible" and "perfect" guy.
She talked about her relationship on "The Billy Bush Show". When asked about her relationship with Jones, she said, "He’s actually my best friend.”
“So you went from boyfriend-girlfriend to best friends?” asked Billy.
