Ghaziabad, March 18
The police have busted a gang engaged in betting on Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket matches and arrested three men here.
The police seized Rs.140,270 in cash, a colour television, a laptop, eight mobile phones and diaries from the gang members, Senior Superintendent of Police Raghuvir Lal said.
Lal said the gamblers were working for a man known as Varun. who was reportedly based in Delhi.
