March 19, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Infosys chief, Narayana Murthy's wife, Sudha Murthy completed her schedule for the film, Prarthane. She shot for just a day and wrapped up her parts on Wednesday.
According to sources, there was tight security while she was shooting. Media personnel were also kept away for six hours. Her role in the film is for 22 minutes. Anant Nag, Pavithra Lokesh and Prakash Raj are some of the other cast members of the film.
Murthy has earlier acted in the Kannada serial, Preethi Illada Mele and has written several Kannada books which have later been translated into a number of languages. Some of her stories have been made into Kannada as well as Hindi serials.
