Defending champions Deccan Chargers beat Kings XI Punjab by six runs in the Indian Premier League (IPL) match at the Barabati Stadium here Friday.
Chasing a target of 171 runs, Kings XI Punjab made 164 for eight in 20 overs after Irfan Pathan top scored with a fighting 60 off 29 balls at the Barabati Stadium.
