March 22, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Katherine Heigl had a very embarrassing moment at an awards' ceremony. A wardrobe malfunction left the actress red in the face.
The 27 Dresses actress was giving her acceptance speech on winning the Female Star of the Year Award on Thursday night when the strap that held the left side of her red frock in place gave way.
Heigl tried to remain cool as she held her dress to stop it from falling and exposing her modesty. Host Billy Bush rushed in and held her dress in place, saving the actress from further embarrassment.
Once she was done with her speech, she went backstage and fixed the strap with a pin.
