Actress Sandra Bullock had pre-arranged her kiss with Scarlett Johansson at the MTV Movie Awards, says a source.
Contactmusic.com reports that the 45-year-old was supposed to receive her Generation Award prize from Zac Efron, but rearranged plans so she could kiss Johansson live on stage.
"Scarlett was originally supposed to present a different award with Zac Efron, but when Sandy heard Scarlett would be there, she reached out to her. It was a pre-planned, scripted kiss and producers knew about - and it was Sandra's camp's idea," said a source.
The source added that Johansson was "obviously more than fine with it".
