Pakistan hails UAE aid

Pakistani Interior Minister Rehman Malik has hailed the humanitarian efforts of UAE charity Red Crescent Authority (RCA) for flood victims in the country.

He said the RCA initiatives have significantly contributed in government's efforts in rehabilitation of flood affected people in Pakistan.

A RCA delegation briefed the minister on their plans to carry out housing, health and educational projects for the victims of natural disasters, it was reported Thursday.
