Raipur, May 12

Maoist militants Saturday gunned down a tribal man, accused of being a police informer, in insurgency-riddled Sukma district in Chhattisgarh, police said.

The killing of the middle-aged tribal man occurred in Dornapal area, 500 km south of Raipur and the same locality where Maoists had abducted the District Collector Alex Paul Menon last month.
