UAE charity the Red Crescent Authority Wednesday distributed food packets to needy families in Sanna.
The packets were donated by UAE's Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Humanitarian and Scientific Foundation.
Director of RCA's office in Yemen Khalfan Saif Al-Kindi said the food distribution will continue during the month of Ramadan.
