In the quarterfinals played Friday, top seeded Lacko disposed off Israel's Amir Weintraub 6-2, 6-4 in just over an hour.
Fifth seed Ivan Dodig upset third seeded Israeli Dudi Sela 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 in two hours and five minutes.
In the lower half of the draw, Czech player Jan Mertl won 6-4, 6-4 over Dusan Lajovic in one hour and 33 minutes.
Uladzimir Ignatik of Belarus ended the local challenge edging past wildcard entrant Farrukh Dustov 6-4, 5-7, 7-6(2) in a two hour 45 minute battle.
