Singer Britney Spears has been listed as the highest earning female musician in 2012.
Though she didn't release any album this year, Spears managed to earn an estimated $58 million, reports Forbes magazine.
Spears' last album was "Femme Fatale", released in 2011 after she conducted a tour for its promotion. She signed as a judge of US reality show "The X Factor" for a fee of $15 million.
Other singers who made it to the list include Rihanna, with an estimated worth of $53 million, Lady Gaga with $53 million, followed by Katy Perry with $45 million.
