MindTree unveils knowledge management solution

Bangalore, July 8

MindTree Ltd unveiled its knowledge management solution for providing competitive advantage to the manufacturing industry, the global software major said Wednesday.

“The software is designed to help manufacturing organisations to execute ideas of their workforce, resulting in innovative solutions, higher productivity and faster response and delivery,” MindTree vice-president R. Radha said in a statement here.

The knowledge solution will also help manufacturers face competition and meet compliance requirements. Its architecture helps improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency, meet customer needs and manage products globally.

“As organisations undertake numerous initiatives to achieve this, our solution enables the collective expertise and insight of the workforce to be captured and adopted. The end-result is increased intellectual capital that delivers a competitive advantage,” Radha pointed out.

The proprietary solution focuses on building a knowledge ecosystem that drives innovation, knowledge sharing, collaboration and reuse.

The domain expertise is complemented by MindTree's manufacturing execution system offerings. Its framework-based approach ensures faster time to market, while delivering agile information architecture, thus helping companies realise the expected return on IT investments.
