Matt Damon visit India for his quest on “clean water”

Oscar winning Hollywood star Matt Damon (Good Will Hunting) was in Delhi and Chennai in India this week for his H2O Africa Foundation, which aims at raising awareness about clean water initiatives.

Damon the spokesperson and co-founder of this Foundation (2006), has undertaken the projects in Uganda, Central African Republic, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Niger. He reportedly intends to launch a similar project in India too.

Matt Damon’s efforts to provide clean water to the world populace, urged other Hollywood celebrities to undertake similar projects to uplift the weak and vulnerable populations of the world.

Thirty-eight years old Damon was reportedly happy to be in India on his first trip and he might come back. Besides being a popular actor, he is writer and philanthropist also.
