Pop star Justin Timberlake is hoping to revive his acting career by starring in "The Open Road".
Thesun.co.uk reports that Timberlake's co-star in the new movie will be the actor Jeff Bridges. The story is about the son of a baseball legend who sets out on a road trip with his girlfriend and estranged father.
Upcoming actress Kate Mara is also starring in the movie.
Timberlake, who appeared in films such as "The Love Guru", "Alpha Dog", "Southland Tales" and "Black Snake Moan", has had a bad streak of late with movies and is hoping to turn his luck around.
