According to Pooja Gandhi, only the script matters. She doesn't mind who she works with, but the script should be good. According to her, she's no one to underestimate anyone. She's not picky about her heroes, having acted with big stars, small stars and debutants. She believes she has a lot to learn before she can pass judgment on someone.
Apart from acting, she has two more jobs lined up. First of all, she's turning producer and her reason for doing so is quite clear- she can't act forever, but she doesn't want to quit movies completely. Secondly, she's out to play mentor to her sister, Radhika. She feels responsible for Radhika's work because she wants her to do well. And as she has no one else to guide her, Pooja even finalizes scripts for her sister. This is one good example of sisterly love!
