Indian student Dipakkumar Chaudhari has been missing since last week from his home in this Australian city, the police said Wednesday.
Chaudhari, 22, was reported missing by his Glen Iris housemates at the weekend.
His housemates have not seen him since Nov 4, The Age reported.
Police have traced Chaudhari's last known movements to Crown Casino, between 5.20 a.m. and 6.30 a.m. last Thursday.
Calls by police and his housemates to his mobile phone have been diverted to voicemail, suggesting the phone is turned off or the battery is flat.
