Resul Pookutty is on an all time high. Recently, the Academy Award winner sound engineer was awarded the Chakkulathamma Swaravarsha Puraskaram by the temple trust at Chakkulathukavu Bhagavathy Temple. The award contains a memento, a citation and a cheque of Rs. 25,001. Pookutty was overjoyed on receiving the award, which was given to him by the chief priest of the temple.
