Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt has been roped in by Warner Bros. for a futuristic version of Homer's epic "Odyssey".
According to the Variety magazine, the film will be directed by George Miller and will follow the heroic Odysseus' 10-year voyage back home after the Trojan War but with a twist, according to accesshollywood.com.
The futuristic film will reportedly be set in space.
Pitt had earlier been seen as Achilles in "Troy" (2004) - Wolfgang Petersen's adaptation of Homer's other epic poem "The Iliad" that precedes "Odyssey".
