'Culture sector needs priority, more funds'

New Delhi, May 7 Lamenting that the culture sector had not received the priority it deserved, a parliamentary panel Monday said adequate funds should be given to the department during the 12th Five Year Plan period to consolidate infrastructure and expedite modernisation projects at key institutions across the country.
