Car aficionados were in for a treat as over 150 cars, some dating as far back as 1914, set out on the streets of central Delhi to participate in a vintage car rally. Hundreds of people gathered on Barakhamba Road to see the flagging off ceremony, which included the special John Morris fire engine truck, the oldest vehicle at the event, and a 1920 Willys Overland. After the flagging off ceremony, the cars came out one by one from one of the buildings, along with a BSF band that played melodious tunes. The cars made their way to India Gate, before heading towards Major Dhyanchand National Stadium, the final exhibition area.
