Australian team was stronger than us: Rajeev Shukla

New Delhi, January 29 (ANI): Admitting India s miserable performance, Vice President of the Board of Cricket Control of India (BCCI), Rajeev Shukla today admitted that Australia was a better team than India in the recent cricket test series. Shukla also criticised the sports critics who have spoken harshly about the Indian cricket team. Shukla denied the team s miserable performance was due to fatigue. The resurgent Australia crushed through the last flagging remnants of Indian resistance in less than an hour at the Adelaide Oval to record a fourth smashing test win. India, thus, suffered their eighth straight overseas defeat after having been whitewashed 0 4 in England last year.
