Car blast near PM s residence, four injured
New Delhi, February 13 (ANI): A blast in a vehicle near Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's residence today created a waver among security agencies including the elite Special Protection Groups (SPG) guarding the VVIP. Four people, including a dilpomat were injured in the incident. Police rushed to spot immediately to ascertain the nature of the blast and a high alert was immediately sounded. Initially thought to be a CNG cylinder blast, police sources now say that explosives were used in the explosion. However, an official report is still awaited. According to reports, Israel's Foreign Ministry is confirming a pair of attempted car bombings against Israeli diplomats in India and Georgia.
